I am currently teaching 1 p6 student and 1 sec 4 NT students. For 2 years I have also been teaching my own siblings and friends. I am confident in delivering strong results for my students due to my passion for academics, proven track record, and consistent experience in helping others improve. My interest in mathematics has been developed over many years, having been part of mathematics interest groups from primary school through junior college. I have also actively participated in various competitions, representing my school in the International Mathematical Modeling Challenge (IMMC), achieving three Bronze medals in SASMO, and receiving Honourable Mentions and Credit Awards in competitions such as AMC and SMKC. These experiences reflect both my ability and my dedication to continuously improving in mathematics. Beyond my personal achievements, I have substantial experience teaching others. I regularly guide my siblings in mathematics and have seen a clear and significant improvement in their grades. In addition, my peers often approach me for help with math questions, which has strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to different learning styles. I have been teaching in a Secondary school for 10 years before going into HQ (3 years), then Primary school as Level Head Science (5 years) and now back to Compassvale Secondary school. Student will definitely do well as I practise answering technique with student. I am well versed with the curriculum of Science starting from P3 Science to Sec 5 Biology and Chemistry (9 years of compulsory Science education). Will provide quality teaching resources, targeted topical revision and past year papers from schools. Past year students have been getting distinction (good track record AL1-3) and the parents are very happy with the outcomes. Well trained in supporting students in achieving distinctions in Lower Sec Science and Primary Science. Even if student fail now, their results will improve by leaps and bounds after tutoring within a month. Tutored 2 P6 and 2 P5 students for PSLE in 2025. Both P6 students got AL1 and AL2 this PSLE 2025. Will focus on the national Sci syllabus (by MOE CPDD) and diagnosing what students is short of and building their capacity in that area.
