I have relevant experience in tutoring students from diverse backgrounds. I volunteered as an online English tutor for overseas refugees, where I helped students improve their language proficiency and build confidence in speaking. Additionally, I volunteered to teach lower-income children basic reading, focusing on strengthening their literacy foundations through patient guidance. I have experienced many types of learning styles, both from my teachers and during self-study and I am able to adapt to the learning styles of others. Although I have no experience in teaching students, I do have younger relatives that I teach when they need help and through that, I learned how to teach kids. I am currently looking to teach mainly math as that is my strong suit, but once i familiarise myself with the new PSLE syllabus for science, I will start teaching science as well.
