I have been teaching in a Secondary school for 10 years before going into HQ (3 years), then Primary school as Level Head Science (5 years) and now back to Compassvale Secondary school. Student will definitely do well as I practise answering technique with student. I am well versed with the curriculum of Science starting from P3 Science to Sec 5 Biology and Chemistry (9 years of compulsory Science education). I have had 15 students under me for formal academics (Chinese/Math). Previously, I have taught Chinese at SLC Education. Success rate: 80% increased by at least a grade after one term of tutoring and most finally achieved an A. Recently, I have adopted a slightly different approach, where I will design digestible notes for my students each session. Where school assignments/examination papers are returned, I will go through the papers once more to review the strong and weak points of my students. I tend to give homework to check on their understanding as well. The pace of my lessons may be slower than the usual pace, but I put in my 110% to ensure that the student fully absorbs the content and can actively apply at least 70% of what was taught. For every student who allows me the opportunity to accompany them on their academic journey, they will receive a personally curated unique lesson notes (by me) to aid in my teaching and their learning. The notes will be sent to the student/parents in PDF format prior to each lesson. Intensive reivision (through practices and clarifications will be given in the event of exam). After every lesson, parents will also receive lesson feedback i.e. physical proof of what their child has learnt/done throughout that day's lesson. In the event where my students require my assistance on any question/misunderstanding anytime, I will attempt to reply in the shortest possible time. Replacement lessons can be conducted. I am open to the requests of parents/students, subjected to my best abilities.

I was a teacher with 5 years of experience in school and more than 15 years in giving tuitions in core subjects for primary and secondary levels. I taught in Nan Hua primary school and South View primary school and left MOE in 2012. For home tuition, I taught Secondary students from Bowen Sec school, he scored E.Math A1 A.Math A2 for O levels.

I have 2 years of teaching experience. I teach Math at primary, lower, upper Secondary levels and JC levels and have helped multiple students, notably a Sec 4 Math student who improved from C to A. Additionally, I also have a sec 4 younger brother whom I tutor every weekend in EMath and Amath. His grades significantly improved from C6 in Amath and C5 in Emath at prelims to A2 in Amath and A1 in EMath in O-levels. -I am a very flexible, patient and dedicated tutor, who will try my best to alter my teaching style to best to fit the student. I will also target the student's weaker topics by coming up with specific material that focuses on ensuring the student understands that topic. Leading up to the exam, I will ensure that the student is able to easily recall fundamentals of each topic, ideally with a summary of key techniques and strategies as well as adequate practice. -I am very familiar with the MOE syllabus as I graduated from ASRJC just last year. Home tuition students are mainly English and GP students as well as O level and IB Geography I strongly believe in using role-modelling and Socratic questioning in my regular teaching and also employ peer-teaching to provide development and scaffolding for my students.
