I am a French exchange student currently studying International Business in Singapore. I completed both the French Baccalauréat and the American High School Diploma with honors. A short intro of myself: I am a current medical student from Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Personally, I find fulfilment in teaching others and simplifying tough concepts into understandable bits. I hope to work with my students to find ways to not only improve their grade for the subject I am coaching, but also share and develop effective studying habits that has helped me throughout my years of study. I have a strong passion in the sciences, as reflected in my Gold medals in both Singapore Junior Physics and Biology Olympiad. Graduated from Raffles Institution with Full Score (90/90Rank Points) and H3 Chemistry distinction - Awarded Raffles Institution All-Round Excellence Award - Awarded Raffles Institution Academic Excellence Award Currently pursuing Medicine in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine - Awarded highest tier LKC Medicine Scholarship For lessons structure, I use my own personal teaching slides, and have practice questions (MCQ + Open ended) with model answers. For long assignment, I focus on teaching students to understand concepts of the subject. Moreover, there are increasing number of students who have difficulties understanding the underlying concepts in the questions, so it is very often that I guide them to understand what the question is testing before teaching them to apply the concepts to questions. I also like the teach my students tricks and systematic thought process whichever is possible which would help students deal with routine questions that require students to practice enough. For short assignment(nearing their major exams), I focus on understanding the weakness of my students and advice on what is most time efficient to help students deal with the exams and push/motivate students to focus on study objectives.
