Having graduated from ACS (Independent) in 2019 as the top scorer for HL Business Management and A for my BM EE, I am now pursuing a double degree in Business Management and Psychology at Singapore Management University. I have been tutoring for IGCSE, A Level and IB Business Studies/Management since graduating, with more than 20 students under my portfolio. I provide content lessons as well as IA and EE support, helping students obtain 7s and As for their respective exams and assignments. Lessons focus on equipping students with a deep understanding of Business Management concepts and the answering skills needed to apply that knowledge effectively. I am an experienced part-time tutor currently pursuing a medical degree. I offer tutoring for JC Chemistry as well as O-Level Chemistry and Elementary Mathematics. My teaching focuses on building a strong conceptual foundation so that students understand the underlying principles instead of relying solely on memorisation. I adopt a structured and patient teaching approach, breaking down complex topics into clear and manageable steps. I have been providing tuition since 2018, specialising in Computing for Secondary and Polytechnic students. I am currently a part-time Associate Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, teaching modules such as UI/UX Design, Programming and Web Development. I also have teaching experience with Nanyang Polytechnic and Orita Sinclair. I am open to face to face, online or hybrid lessons. I am ACLP-certified, and my teaching approach is guided by educational frameworks such as Gagné’s 9 Events of Instruction, Silberman’s experiential learning methods, and the Salmon learning model. These approaches help students build strong conceptual understanding before applying knowledge through guided practice and problem-solving. Parents often appreciate my patient and structured teaching style, clear explanations of concepts, and ability to guide students step-by-step to build confidence in Computing. For O-Level Computing, students typically improve by around two grades (e.g. B4 to A2). One notable case in 2019 involved a student improving from a U grade in prelims (below 30 marks) to a B3 in the O-Level examination after one month of intensive tuition.

I am a fresh Psychology graduate from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and am currently interning at Shiseido Asia Pacific, previously at Porsche Asia Pacific! I completed PSLE in Singapore and the IBDP in Shanghai with a score of 38/45.
