Ms Elaine is an experienced and passionate Full Time Tutor who specialises in tutoring lower and upper secondary level students for Science and Math. She has been teaching since she was an SUTD undergraduate in 2015. She has taught students from many local schools, such as TKGS, Temasek Secondary, SACS, Hai Sing Catholic, Dunman Secondary etc. Ms Elaine is well liked by parents and students for her patience and constant encouragement to her students. Through her years of teaching, she has compiled targeted practice questions to help her students grasp concepts quickly. Most of her students generally approached her failing Maths and Science but would see at least a 2 grades improvement by their next major examinations. One of her notable achievements is helping 2 of her students improve from scoring a C6 in the mid year examinations to achieving an A2/A1 for End of year examinations within 4-5 months. She is a committed tutor who believes that each student has the potential to excel and is committed to helping her many students improve.
