I have provided informal tutoring to my classmates and friends in Amath and Emath. Through these sessions, I focused on helping them understand challenging concepts, improve problem-solving techniques, and prepare for exams. Work Experience 2018 - Current: SEN Officer in a Primary School. Responsibilities include provision of literacy and behavioral intervention, screening assessment on literacy skills (Reading, Comprehension, Oral Reading Fluency, handwriting) and other special needs (ASD, ADHD), advice to parents and school on children's exam AA, transition support to Secondary School and collaboration with child's external therapist. 2007 - 2017: Early Intervention Educator. Responsibilities include curriculum planning for IEP and small group teaching (est. 8 students with SEN) and transition support to Primary school. Tuition Experience 1st Case: Taught a boy with Prader Willi Syndrome since P3 to his Senior year. Help parents to understand his needs and challenges studying in a mainstream school and convince parents to go for Diagnostic Assessment and transfer him to a SPED school (APSN). They continue to engage my service to help him acquire literacy and numeracy skills, 2-4 times a week depending on my availability. Stop tuition when he was around 16, but was re-hired to help him pass his Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Test (WPLN) in order to gain 'employment'. 2nd case: Taught a preschool girl literacy and numeracy skills to prepare her for Primary 1. She is diagnosed with Dyslexia and Seizure. Once she settled down in P1 and was well supported by school LSM and LSP, I stopped the service as I needed to spend more time on the 1st boy.

I am a junior college subject head who is specialized in teaching 'A' Level Physics. I can teach both H2 and H1 Physics, and I am very familiar with the syllabus. I have being teaching in my college for 16 years, and I have 26 years of tuition experience. My tuition students have achieved desirable results. Most of them attain distinction in 'A' Level examination. I am committed, patient, encouraging and confident that I can help my students to understand Physics better. I communicate regularly with the parents so that they can understand their children's progress and I am able to play a part in their children's education.
