Education: University of Texas - Pan American : Bachelor Degree in Business Administration NIEC - Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care Experience: I am a full-time tutor teaching at different levels from 2016. Experienced in ESL classes for adults, Business English. I’ve taught English to P 4 & P 5 students from 2016-2019. Among those, in 2018, I’ve coached a P 4 student who had writing difficulties and needed help with writing instruments to improve his motor skills. I’ve had a P 4 student learning reading using phonics since she had difficulty with reading. I had a special needs child from Metta I coached in English and Math for 2 years from 2016-2018. I had 2 adult students learning languages. A Japanese expat working in a corporate was learning Business English from 2016-2018. The other was learning Conversational Hindi from 2016-2019 also a corporate lady working in an Insurance company. I am a final year undergraduate from NUS Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing. I do not have any teaching experience thus far but I have applied to MOE to be a full time trained teacher as I have a keen interest in working with kids to improve and nurture their interest in subjects which I enjoyed in my schooling days. I have a strong interest in History and my languages, particularly in creative writing, and I am willing to share my past notes to assist my students. As a young and relatable tutor, I believe that I would be able to understand the struggles which students face as I've been there before, and I want to help them as much as I can!
