Students showed improvements in school exams and better results in practice papers done in class. - able to approach students individually to understand and identity the weaker subjects for the students and provide detailed explanations and examples for students to understand better. - was a student mentor for a group of students for various subjects and helped them achieve Grade A for A levels - teaching style is using active recall and prepare worksheets, using different ways to help students internalise information (mindmaps, summaries, cheat sheets) - understands the requirements of O and A levels and how to do well.
