I have been teaching in Nan Chiau High School for 10years before I changed to SCGS in 2022. I have 9 years of experience teaching upper sec and graduating classes, hence I’m very confident in the syllabus and will teach my students on what to look out. In terms of results, every year my students obtained value-added result. The lowest in my class obtained B3 while my tuition students all obtained at least A2. I have helped my teaching classes achieved value-added results each year, obtaining double distinction in both Math and A Math. I focus on questioning skill to scaffold and enable students to work towards the answer. I also focus on presentation skills, such as annotation, forming equations etc. I often guide them through the process of checking to enable them to be independent learners.

I have experience teaching P4-Sec 5 students for the subjects of Chemistry, Physics, Biology and E Math for both NA and Express. I have taught both Foundation and Standard English, Math and Science. For my secondary school student, 3 of them have improved from D7/E8 to A2/B3, especially so for Sciences. I specialise in Chemistry. My NA students for the recent prelims have scored A1 for their Chem and Bio papers. Have experience teaching Sec 3/4 combined science, currently teaching 3 other O level students. For chemistry, my students are roughly from fails (E8/D7) to B3/A2 for the recent prelims. 1 of them is averaging A1 for the practice prelim papers she is doing as timed practices & for TYS. For JC, I’ve only taught Math when I graduated JC to a JPJC student, about 3 years ago. She improved from D to a B for As after I took over around June/July
