My approach to teaching is to practice questions with my students. I will be a facilitator and guide my students in understanding the question, and the steps to take to solve the question in a systematic approach as I believe learning through the process is more beneficial than being fed the answer. I am a patient and motivating tutor, and I trust that my students will become confident learners under my tutelage. I have accumulated over 6+ years of private tutoring at the primary school level in English, Math and Science. I have taught in a tuition centre for 6 months. Mainspring Learning Centre. I teach English and Mathematics. My main students were from OFS but I taught them using the MOE syllabus. They saw grade improvements from Ds/Cs to Bs/As. I have had the privilege of tutoring a diverse range of students, spanning ages from 8 to 17, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of various learning needs and styles. Notably, I have worked extensively with students of differing temperaments and have successfully assisted those facing learning difficulties, such as ADHD.
