For my tuition centre, children normally show an improvement of 1-2 grades as they learn how to close the gaps in their learning e.g. Sec 1 Math: D->B or B->A/P4 English: C->B I have two years of experience in teaching Secondary 1 Mathematics and Primary 4 Mathematics - from lesson plans to implementation.
