I am 27 years old this year. Currently, I am a tax accountant / analyst in a property developer company and am overseeing their tax-related issues. Prior to my current job, I was in PwC (PriceWaterHouseCoopers) as a tax associate. I graduated with a bacherlor degree specialising in accounting and finance. I have some teaching experience spanning various age groups and subjects. With over 2 of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to work with students ranging from elementary school to secondary school. My teaching methods are highly adaptable, tailored to the unique needs and learning styles of each student. I have attained a score of 267 for PSLE, scoring full As for all subjects and Distinction for Higher Chinese. This equates to a perfect score of AL 4 under the current scoring system. My bilingualism allows me to translate between English and Mandarin easily. I enrolled in Hwa Chong Institution under the Integrated Programme (IP), now a GCE A Level Graduate, matriculating into the National University of Singapore(NUS) in 2025.  I have a flair for teaching the subject of English, in which I have a strong foundation. I help students in components such as composition, comprehension and oral, whilst introducing a spectrum of vocabulary to them. With an A grade in GCE A Level English Literature, I will also share useful phrasing and writing tips. I have 3 years of experience in 1-1 home teaching, in which I tutored students from top prestigious schools like Hwa Chong Institution and Nanyang Girls High School. I am also patient in my explanations, and should the student not understand, I restructure or rephrase concepts so they are able to view them from a different perspective.
