Subsequent lessons I will bring along my own teaching materials as well as getting any material I feel it’s essential for the students’ learning and always with discussions with the parents and students. In every lesson I try my best to be as engaging as possible and encourage the students to express their thoughts and thinking process freely. I also used hands-on approach such as showing videos/ pictures or even drawing out for easier understanding to particular topics as well as game-approach such as word search or other relevant entertaining materials to guide and engage the students.

Afterward, I worked in Beijing for 8 years, where I also tutored Chinese to foreigners part-time for 2 years. I earned a master's degree in National Economics from Renmin University of China and am currently studying Financial Asset Management at Nanyang Technological University, starting in 2023.
