I have experience tutoring Mathematics to a Primary 5 student through a volunteer turtoring program. Moreover, I have helped my JC juniors and a few Primary school students with GP and English respectively. I provided them with notes I had created guided them in how to make full use of the notes and suggested study plans that can help them make full use of the help they receive in school.

I have been a tutor for 2 years. I’m currently teaching at a acclaimed tuition centre primary school maths from P3 to P6, and secondary school English, Elementary Maths. I have taught both private students, and group tuition of up to 10 students. I am currently teaching students Primary level English and Mathematics, as well as Secondary English, Emath and Amath. My teaching experience includes both private tutoring and teaching at tuition centres of large groups of students, thus I am well versed with the current syllabus tested in the national examinations. My teaching style is catered and varies for each individual student, depending on their learning abilities and absorption level during lessons. I prepare and provide notes and additional resources for English/Math ontop of the weekly materials used for all my students to further help them with their revision and homework.

I am a Singaporean who studied abroad for 5 years in Australia for my tertiary education. I have 4 years of teaching experience, I taught both local and international students in multiple tuition centres. Furthermore, I have prepped students for the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and the Olympiad exams. I have taught many different grades, but I am currently focusing on the primary level. Through my guidance, students have become confident with their skills in English and their grades have improved. I am not a strict teacher as I feel that fear will impede the learning process of the child, I like having my lessons fun and interactive so that the students are more receptive to my teaching.

Will provide IA/coursework support (for the same subject) if required. Made study notes for my class. Some experience caring for individuals with cognitive disorders (eg. ADHD, mild ASD, mild dyslexia) in a professional setting.
