I am mixed Indian-Chinese parentage. Raised up in china for 11 years before moving to Singapore. IB 42/45 (taken in nov 23) and 94% in IB anticipated chinese grade I have done a lot of volunteer work and have experience working with children. Specifically, I have provided music teaching sessions at childcare centres like Faithacts, and I have also provided free tutoring sessions to my neighbours. I used to teach 4 tamil students, who went from 50s range to 70s Currently teaching primary 5 and secondary 3 mathematics who also improved from fail to top in class now I also had 6 months of experience with teaching in child care as a volunteer. For tamil, i used to be part of debate under sorpor 2015 on youtube I am extremely patient and I solve the questions with the student. I would try to make it a competition in order to motivate the student.

My students come from various schools such as Anglo Chinese, Presbyterian, Shuqun Secondary etc. Very familiar with MOE syllabuses and the new 2023 Curriculum. Straight-As students myself in all maths (O-level, A-level and 1st Class Honour, Univ). PHD level. Many are able to improve their maths concepts. I am able to supplement with visual media guidance too. Also an AI expert myself of which Math is an important enabler. Wishing to impart the knowledge to the young to kickstart their passion in the area with the right focus when studying the topics. I have taught many interns the right skillsets needed to get a job when they get out of school. Such foundational insights are important when kids are studying in school and universities.
