I have experience in teaching for Kindergarten to primary 4 students in English, Mathematics and Phonics. Have experience teaching in Enrichment centres such as Kumon and student care centres. Love teaching students! Have done P1 preparatory class. Student was able to read words by her own more confidently. She was also able to spell out words without help. Taught Phonics for K2 student, was able to read sentences by the 6th lesson. Also taught a primary 2 student who had difficulty in English grammar and vocab. Student was able to do grammer and vocab questions easily after being taught. Mathematics improved as well. Teaching methods includes: Worksheets, Notes, Revision works and past year exam papers. Each student is taught according to students learning pace. Teaching method is tailored according to individual student needs. Have experience in relief teaching at a Primary International school.

My students tend to arrange consultations/tuition sessions with me as and when they need help. The use of a variety of online sources such as news channels, educational websites and educational media is helpful to their learning process. This allows me to better meet their needs.

I've been tutoring for the past three years. During those three years, I taught a wide variety of subjects to two students, including Secondary 1-4 English, E-Math, A-Math, Pure Physics, and Pure Chemistry. I also went on to teach the same students JC General Paper (English), H2 Chemistry, and H1 Math. The students' grades improved from a D7 to a B3 to A2 range for all secondary school subjects, and managed to move from a S (fail) grade to a B in H1 Math, A in General Paper, and C in H2 Chemistry.

Tutoring experience: I am currently volunteering as a tutor at a family service centre, where I have a tutoring session with a fixed student at the centre. I have also tutored classmates back in secondary and junior college, and they were satisfied with my teachings. Academic experience: Consistent distinctions for the subjects I am teaching throughout primary school to junior college, as shown in my qualifications portion. Furthermore, I studied H3 physics and participated in physics and chemistry olympiads during secondary and junior college, giving me an advantage when breaking down concepts to my students.
