I am a student from RJC who graduated in 2023. Of the subjects I have learned I am most passionate about Math, of which I have much experience in doing the Math Olympiad from Primary 5 and have been awarded many accolades. I also have stellar grades, getting 5As for my school prelims and promotional examinations, and a H3 Distinction. I have one year of experience teaching primary 4 students math online as a VIA project, using Zoom to draw out the tools so they can better visualize. Their attitudes towards Math improved a lot through my teaching. Additionally, I also have experience preparing Math Olympiad materials for teaching online lessons.

I have been working in rainbow centre teaching kids with autism and special needs for 13 years. I am DISE (Diploma in Special Education) and CIA (Certificate in Autism) trained. I have a degree in psychology. I am currently also teaching home tuition for students with autism on assignment basis. I teach students using visuals, flash cards, folder and concrete tasks base on the students’ profile and learning needs. Techniques includes ABA techniques, using work system, first, then method, AAC, UDL methods and I DO, We Do and YOU DO. I can teach chinese, literacy, numeracy and/speech and communication skills for children with special needs based on the school or learning goals.
