I have a strong foundation in Chinese and have consistently scored A for the subject. Also, when a student is in doubt or uncertain, I would always encourage students to speak their mind so as to help me further understand how the student thinks. This allows me to put myself in the shoes of the student and better cater to his/her needs. I strongly believe that no question is redundant and every doubt of a student should be adequately addressed. I also greatly value questions posed by students as they reflect his/her understanding and thoughts which helps me better gauge his/her progress and alter the teaching plan accordingly. I would also pose questions to students to ensure that he/she has fully understood what is taught. Questions will also be posed to guide students to the answer instead of providing them with answers directly. This allows students to truly grasp what they have learnt and also learn how to arrive at the answer by themselves which is crucial especially in exams where students have to work independently.
