I have experience teaching in a variety of settings. Between 2016 and 2020, I was a relief teacher. This includes filling in for teachers on long term leave, where I carried out lesson plans students in Mathematics and Physics. In my role as a research assistant in NUS, one of primary duties was teaching undergraduate students advanced techniques as well as overseeing their dissertation progress.

I have several years of tutoring experience, with a focus on building strong, long-term teaching relationships. One notable example is a student I taught consistently from O-Level through A-Level. I guided her to maintain A1 grades for A-Math, E-Math, and Chemistry throughout secondary school. At the A-Level, I supported her improvement in H2 Math from a D to a B and helped her sustain an A in H1 Chemistry. She eventually achieved 81.25 rank points and secured offers from both NUS and NTU. I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Biotechnology at Republic Polytechnic (RP) and have two years of teaching experience. I taught Secondary 4 Science for one year, during which my student improved from a C6 at the start of the year to scoring an A1 in the O Levels. Currently, I am tutoring a Primary 5 student whose grades have consistently been 85 and above since I started working with her in Primary 4, where she progressed from failing to achieving C grades and above. I also have 5 PSLE student this year and it’s my second year taking PSLE student . For my first batch of PSLE student all of them attained B grade and above.
