Hi there! I have been working as a writer and editor for the past three years and counting, having published articles on sites like Tripzilla and Trip 101. I live and breathe words, and I am really thrilled to be able to use my abilities in the English language to shape the way Singaporean students grow in that subject. I strongly believe that English isn't something that can be disseminated through a textbook; one has to develop an interest first in order to better grasp its technicalities and nuances — that's where I come in. I want to help students nurture a love for English through organic means, such as reading books, because that will open their window to the rest of the world and what it has to offer them.

Hello, I am a Pre School Teacher in Australian International School. Teaching english for all levels is my forte. I have been in the teaching line for more than 10 years now. I believe that patience is a virtue especially with children and I have muster all of the patience I need. All children develop at their individual pace when supported with love and care. I am a responsible person who is able to juggle work and studies for the past 5 years now. I am interested to take up my Masters in Early Childhood education in 2 years time. I have taught mostly tuition on one to one basis as I feel it is the most efficient way for a child to learn because he or she is given undivided attention. I have also taught in tuition centres with children aged from 7 to 12 at one time. I enjoy teaching young children as it is the easier to build a rapport with them through trust and understanding. With that, I am able to boost child's confidence consistently. I am currently doing my Bachelor's degree in Early childhood and I am looking forward to graduating in a year's time. Learning is never-ending and once we have instill the love of learning, each child will learn to love picking up new skills.

I’m a coming year 4 Civil Engineering undergrad from NUS, taking the Digital Urban Infrastructure Specialisation. My grades for Maths are A* for PSLE, A1 for A Math and E Math. And C for A levels Math. My current CAP in university is 4.71. My tutoring experience ranges from kindergarten to A levels as I’ve previously worked part time for Eye Level Kovan and Envision Learning, as well as done private tutoring for 3 years experience. I mainly teach Maths and Science but I’ve taught students English and GP as well. Initially my students started from failing the subject to improving up to 3 or 4 grades.
