My strengths are mainly my languages. I have a diploma in Mass Communication & I'm currently and undergrad in SUSS. I've been doing freelance tutoring for about 8 years, but I stopped to take a break since December 2023 till now. I strongly believe that understanding the students and finding the best way that they can understand, is the most effective teaching method. All students learn differently, thus I would take the effort to find out which methods make it easier for them to learn. I would like to add on that I have had a good amount of experience with teaching Primary school students. I have taught mainly the languages, namely English and Tamil, for Lower and Upper Primary students. For instance, after teaching a P2 girl English, her grades have steadily improved from a D to an A. I have also taught Mathematics for Lower Primary. -marketing and communications intern at Singapore Red Cross (Mar - August 2022) -childcare assistant teacher (June - Oct 2023)

I have one year of experience teaching English to a Primary 3 student. I taught her from Primary 3 to Primary 4 and helped her to improve from a failing grade to a passing grade. The student used to hate English at first but I managed to motivate her and grow her interest in the subject. In the end, she even told me that she preferred studying English compared to her other subjects.

I am also an health knowledge lover with an China AMAC20020072738 certificate- an graduate diploma on Health management (nutrition and medical) , where I have been working with TOTALSWISS BIOTECHNOLOGY PTE LTD as a freelance nutrition lecturer and conducted more than 200 classes (English and Chinese). I am also a collaborator of SUTD on some music acoustics research project. I have published few articles and paper in China as well as in Lian He Zao Bao 联合早报。I am keen in teaching nutrition and Chinese.
