Prior to becoming a full-time tutor, I was a JC physics teacher with MOE for 8 years. I was fortunately selected to be the H1 Overall Coordinator among all the other teachers because of teaching methods and experience. My classes also achieved one of the highest A grades scoring batch with over 60% of students scoring As in the national exam. During my time with MOE, I taught, led , and guided 4 classes each year; mentored over 120 students over 8 years. Despite leaving the ministry, I am very much involved in JC education and am updated with the revised O and A level syllabus. I also know the common mistakes made by students. Coupling with my private tutoring experience, I have over 10 years of teaching experience. I can teach you shortcuts to physics MCQs which will take a minute or two to solve per question with high accuracy. As a full-time tutor tutoring ‘Olympiad’, ‘A’ and ‘IB’ Level students, I designed personalized programs for one to one teaching curriculum and planned out step by step guide to help students achieve their goals; ending with 70% students achieving A grades in their final national exams.
