Having the privilege of being under 2 special programmes (Humanities Programme and Bicultural Studies Prgramme) in JC, i have been widely exposed to the different methods of learning the various humanities subjects. It has also cultivated the habit in me to keep up to date with news and essays, making my examples and teaching materials extremely relevant to today's context. Furthermore, I have grown used to giving peer feedback, thus am able to effectively capture the student's strengths and weaknesses and provide a customised tuition style for him/her. As someone who prioritises efficiency and interest in learning, I am confident that my lessons are able to not only engage, but also teach the relevant exam techniques.

Hi, I am Sanyogita Bali, a Cambridge certified Mathematics teacher. I have been teaching Secondary Mathematics passionately for past eleven years in various International Schools. I also taught special needs students in my school eg ADHD and autistic students. I am fortunate that I got opportunity to teach Mathematics to students from different countries like Korea, Japan, China, Singapore and India. My students love my teaching style as it is fun to learn math in my class. My lessons are equipped with PPT, Mind Maps, Videos, graphic software's, use of technology and much more. In the present Pandemic situation, I interact and teach my lessons via Google classroom and zoom sessions. In previous years, some of my students were awarded Best in World for Extended Mathematics for achieving the perfect scores in IGCSE. Getting A's and A* is very common among my students. I have also made efforts to help my academically challenged students to improve their grades in Mathematics and many of them showed marked improvement in achieving better grades. For me, Teaching is all about caring and sharing!
