I have 1 year experience teaching secondary combined science to a pair of siblings and their grades improved from C6 to B4 for one of them and B4 to B3 for the other. Another year of experience was gained from teaching primary 4 science and her grades improved from C to B. I taught them combined science for N'levels but just the chemistry part and they were both from bedok north secondary school. From C6/D7 to B3 & from B4 to B3 (I only taught the boy for 3months.)

My experience doesn't come from private tutoring, but rather I tutored primary school children (ranges from primary 1 all the way to primary 6) as part of my community volunteering services at 2 different community service centers and also worked with dyslexic children at the Dyslexic Association Singapore for about half a year before. Many of the children come from family backgrounds that are less well-off and needed extra help in their school work.
