I am an early interventionist working in the EIPIC programme since 2017. I have work with various special needs children (ASD, DS, GDD, Speech Delay, CP, PWS, Behavioural Challenges) age 1 to 7. I am currently helping some of my students (private tutor) that have graduated from the EIPIC programme as they transit to mainstream. Most of which still needs some intervention methods to help cope with mainstream learning and it has help them greatly. Students are less stress and are able to enjoy learning.

I graduated with a 1st class honours from Monash University (Australia) in Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Economics). I was educated in Catholic High School and Nanyang Junior College in Singapore. I have 8 years professional working experience in government, non-profit and business sectors and have worked with and volunteered with youth across various backgrounds. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and am very fluent in English, and proficient in numbers. I take an empathetic approach with the youth I teach or mentor, and seek to build rapport where they open up in their own styles and become self motivated and curious. I have mentored youth in their teens, who have gained insight and purpose in their life purpose. I am seeking to take on more tuition jobs, where I am confident of teaching and relating to students both technically and personally.

Students have improved their grade from fail to pass. I provide learning materials such as practice papers and assessment books.
