I am a new tutor seeking my first formal tutoring assignment. Although I do not yet have private tuition experience, I have substantial experience working with primary-school children through school chaplaincy and children’s ministry. I have conducted lessons and activities, guided children in their learning, managed different classroom behaviours, and communicated with both children and parents. I am patient, encouraging and able to explain concepts in an age-appropriate and engaging manner. I am a former school teacher with experience in both online and face-to-face lessons. My students know me as a fun and engaging tutor who brings subjects to life through a variety of methods, including storytelling, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
