Experience
My name is Hardeep Singh, and I am an educational leader with over 18 years of international experience in school leadership, academic management, curriculum development, and teaching. Throughout my career, I have successfully led school improvement initiatives, managed academic teams, strengthened parent engagement, and enhanced student achievement across international schools following IB, Cambridge, AP, and other international curricula.
I currently serve as the Head of High School and International Curriculum Coordinator, where I oversee academic operations, curriculum implementation, teacher development, quality assurance, and student achievement. Previously, I have held several senior leadership positions, including Head of School, Deputy Head of School, Deputy Principal, Head of Humanities, Curriculum Coordinator, IBDP Coordinator, CIE Examination Officer, and Accreditation Officer (IB, WASC, and Cambridge). These roles have provided me with extensive experience in strategic planning, staff supervision and appraisal, curriculum design, accreditation, policy implementation, examination management, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Alongside my leadership responsibilities, I am an experienced Business, Economics, and Psychology educator with three Master's degrees and two Bachelor's degrees in Management, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, and English. I have taught IB, AP, IGCSE, and Cambridge AS & A Level Business, Economics, Travel & Tourism, and Psychology, consistently helping students achieve excellent academic outcomes while developing critical thinking, leadership, and global perspectives.
As a well-rounded educator, I have worked with students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, including those with learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, speech impairments, and gifted learners. This experience has strengthened my ability to create inclusive learning environments that cater to individual learning needs while maintaining high academic expectations.
I firmly believe in the constructivist philosophy of education, promoting student-centred learning, inquiry, collaboration, and innovation. My leadership and teaching practices consistently integrate technology to enhance learning experiences and prepare students for success in an increasingly interconnected world.
Beyond my academic responsibilities, I have led numerous co-curricular programmes, including serving as House Head, Business Club Head, School Magazine Club Head, and coaching students for national and international Model United Nations (MUN) conferences. I believe that holistic education extends beyond the classroom and plays a vital role in developing confident, compassionate, and responsible global citizens.
Some of my key professional achievements include:
• Successfully led the five-year IB accreditation process at Wells International School, Bangkok.
• Led Cambridge International accreditation at TSIS International School, Bangkok.
• Taught college-level Business courses for advanced students at Geneva University.
• Led the development of Business Technology courses for Derby College, United Kingdom.
• Invited twice to the United Kingdom under the British Prime Minister's Initiative (PMI2) programme.
