I have been tutoring since my first year of undergraduate studies, and hope to continue to help students seek their fullest potential! My area of expertise is Primary School- Lower Secondary Mathematics, and I dare say that because improvement and results are guaranteed in ALL my students as long as we work together. In my early days, I excelled at the subject and fully understand the academic rigour needed to achieve such a high standard. I mastered multiplication before I finished kindergarten, and went on to achieve a silver award in SMOPS (Mathematical Olympiad for Primary Schools) in Primary 5. I have taught Mathematics from K1 to Sec 4 over these years, so I have plenty of experience. Aside from teaching Mathematics as a core subject, I am also able to teach hybrid sessions- English, Science, P1-3 Chinese. I provide Beginner Piano lessons as well! Tutoring is a very fulfilling job for me, nothing beats seeing my students desire to improve and have a thirst for knowledge :)

Good day, I was a Part-Time Tutor for 8 years and during that period, helped students to improve in their English (Primary 3-6), Humanity (Secondary 1-2) and math (Primary 4). I endeavor to create a conducive environment when I teach while engaging with my tutee's interests when I teach. I assess and target weaknesses to give students a sense of confidence when they are able to see improvement. I have two years of experience as a volunteer tutor for primary and secondary school students, teaching English and Mathematics. My students were mainly from secondary schools located in the west. I taught a student from Fuhua Secondary School Mathematics from 2021 to 2023. She started out with a B4 and by the end of my time with her, she improved to a A2.
