I believe in building a connection with your child to improve grades.
Some of my past and current students were from Admiralty Primary, Canberra Primary, CHIJ St Nicholas Girls Primary, Chongfu School, Endeavour Primary, Greenwood Primary, Marymount Convent, Maris Stella High(Primary), Nanyang Primary, Northoaks Primary, Paya Lebar Methodist Girls (Primary), Pei Chun School, Rosyth School, Sembawang Primary, St Gabriel Primary, Wellington Primary, Woodlands Primary, Woodlands Ring Primary and Zhonghua Primary.
I am currently a full-time tutor and have accumulated many years of experience and up-to-date with the exam syllabus. I aim to make a difference to your child’s academic journey and children enjoyed learning from me as we built a good connection during tuition sessions.
I have guided some primary school children diagnosed with special needs such as ADHD, dyslexic and autism and work in partnership with parents to help the children to pass their subjects and continue to do well. I have both zoom tuition experience and face to face private tuition experience teaching children with or without additional needs.
I have gained more than a decade experience teaching very young children from 3 - 6 years old, from Nursery 1 to Kindergarten 2 level in preschool. I am a L2 certified teacher by ECDA/MOE. I am also certified to work with young children.
I will help your child to understand concepts easily within the shortest time using simplified explanation. Studying does not have to be a chore if your child understands the concept. I have the dedication and commitment to teach students. I am confident of bringing up the student’s marks and improvement will be seen with collaborative effort from teacher and student.
I have taught students from different primary schools. Some of my students have very weak foundations in their subjects and they managed to improve and pass their English, Maths and Science and make improvements consistently. For high achievers, they are able to grasp concepts faster and learnt more content within a shorter period of time. All children are unique and they can be nurtured to reach their maximum potential.
Some of my students have been awarded MOE Edusave Good Progress Award, MOE Edusave Merit Bursary Award, MOE Edusave Top 10% Scholarship Award and Edusave Character Award under my guidance.
