Being an avid reader and writer, I have written for the most prestigious literary prize in Singapore- the Epigram books Fiction prize in 2017.  As a novelist, having the artistic quiver of language at my disposal translates to more opportunities and better speaking/writing skills. I strongly believe that with the right amount of conscientious effort, students can be nurtured to be exciting, world class thinkers. (Think: literary classics like Alice in Wonderland to advance reads like Sartre). Life indubitably becomes more meaningful. Till date, I have written over 100 essays for my students and curate my materials according to their needs. My most successful story is that of an O level student of mine from Kent ridge secondary who went from a C5(Prelims) to an A2(O levels) in a month due in part to his diligence, as well as the word document I created for his study.  Even beyond the syllabus, I empower my students with a writing style far more scintillating than the traditional, stale method espoused by schools that will surely benefit them in the years to come. I assure to be responsible and meticulous in the betterment of the student.  My method includes a brief diagnosis of strengths and weaknesses, tailoring a plan based on it, and having a constant feedback loop with the student/parent.
