I started giving tuition this year and i currently have students from k2 to sec 2. i tutor literature, english and math as these are subjects i have excelled at in the past. I also worked at a student care and have taught classes from p1 to p6. i take pride in producing quality work so as to ensure my students do well and enjoy what they learn. Parents from my students have also personally feedbacked to me that they like my teaching style and that there are improvements in their childrens work. I taught students in Economics, Business Management, Geography, and Psychology for 10 years at tuition centers and international schools in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore. My students typically improve by 1-2 sub-grades. I am very experienced with the IGCSE (Cambridge and Edexcel) and with the IB Diploma. Being a disciple of the American education system, I am also proficient with the SAT Critical Reading and Math tests. I am also able to prepare revision materials, notes, and study revision exercises for students. I am currently teaching the subjects to around 70 students at an international school for the Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma program.

Latest O Level Geography/Social Studies 2023 student went from F9 to B3; English student went from D7 to B3 Students in 2022 PSLE maths improved from AL4 (P5 SA2) to AL1 for PSLE. I have 5 years of experience teaching the upper primary level and always make sure that I engage my students to communicate effectively with them and thus identify their weaker areas. As a result, my students have shown steady improvement due to the different learning methods and key steps/pointers. For special needs, I have experience with ADHD student whereby she couldn't focus during lesson and will be fidgety / not fully listening to me. So for my ADHD students I gave her breaks in between for her to focus when I'm explaining concepts to her. Currently teaching P1 going P2 and P4 going P5. My students have shown tremendous improvements from a borderline score to 75 and above.

I am currently studying Electrical Engineering with a minor in business at NTU and I have a passion for teaching mathematics. During my secondary school days, my classmates approached me for help with math when they have doubts and queries. I came up with examples to help them understand the concepts and ensured that the concepts apply to the examination questions. After graduating from secondary school, I tutor one of my peers with his N'level mathematics and improve his grade from a D7 to A1. I will like to share my knowledge with other students and help them overcome their fear of learning mathematics.
