I have three years of experience volunteering to support the community by tutoring students aged 6-12 (Primary 1-6) and 13-16 (Secondary 1-4) in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Malay, and Physics. I can also teach slow learners. My former students have successfully enrolled in boarding schools for their secondary education and universities. I'm familiar with the curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education (MOE) for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). In terms of my teaching methods, I am flexible and can conduct lessons in either English or Malay, or a combination of both, depending on parents' preferences. I follow a structured approach, teaching topics step by step, starting from the basics to enhance students' understanding and facilitate their learning journey. Additionally, I provide exercises for collaborative discussion with the students, and my utmost priority is to ensure that students grasp each topic with ease and confidence.

I had a student who has mild ADHD when i tutored him from P4-P6. The kid had gone through early intervention at rainbow centre before i taught him.

24 years experience in teaching math and science for normal, express and ip track. Upper sec is triple science and double math emath n a math. Results of my students improve from Fail to B3 or B4. Olevel is fail to B3 or A1 Many have improved from pass to B3 during their first year with me. Gradually as they grasped the concept and they gradually improved to A1. As they grew and went to JC they learned to be more independent and digested what they were taught in class and during lectures. Communication is the key to understanding what my students need then I will explain and teach they way they can most easily understand. I had 12 sec4 students for 2023. - Experience teaching primary level math to students with special needs in a SPED school and am patient with slow learners. - Have also taught N level English and Science as a volunteer. - Art to ages 3-13 and am highly skilled in my traditional mediums- will be able to teach O level art and higher art coursework. I believe in self-directed learning and instilling interest of the subject in the student. I am firm when absolutely needed but otherwise very casual with my students as I wish to be approachable for any help they require.
