I have 17 years of teaching experienced as tutor with many of my students successful to achieve deep understanding of physics and fundamentally reform their entire understanding and subsequently success in taking subjects, high grades in exams, high standards in learning and passing the courses and I love to see my students as top %5 student in school. This much relies on style of teaching as I teach to learn with my students so we learn together and understand together rather than teaching what I understand. I wont leave until I make sure we have developed high level of deep understanding and practise and skills that we are able to solve exam samples from all years with different level of difficulties skilfully. This requires a combination of good understanding, how to analyse problems, how to go through them step by step and practise any existing problem exam samples so as be skilled in problem solving with minimal errors or mistakes. Kill up and have strategy to success in final exams and achieve high grades. I do tuition in such a way that my students predicts type of questions coming up what is the next exam about. They are ready for anything so be successful. I teach physics in JCO high school at bukit timah, NUS high school, and NUS physics department to undergraduate students. I have a relaxed demeanour but a very strong work ethic. I put considerable effort into my lesson preparation so that the tutoring sessions are valuable and enjoyable. I hope to build on the student's existing knowledge to achieve their full potential. I am of course guided by the needs of each student but, as a marker for the OCR exam board, I have an understanding of mark schemes and how to get the best results in coursework and examinations. I know how important it is for students to display an understanding of context, an awareness of critical responses and an ability to analyse language. This all sounds rather dry, but I hope that my delivery will be creative and thought-provoking. I use tailor-made exercises, plenary sessions and essay planning to hone these skills. In advance of each session, I prepare my own worksheets, quizzes, revision guides and annotated excerpts from the text to consolidate the learning process. My focus is more on A-level, H-level and IB physics subjects, one was from NJC for A level physics. I have more than 17 years teaching experience in teaching as tutor and 10 years in Singapore and rest in Holland and Iran. I strive to provide exceptional value for money and am happy to be contacted by the student out of hours and at no additional cost, with any questions. I have a passion for the English language, and I believe that writing and conversing are important skills that students must hone. I would love to be able to help students improve their essay writing skills and also guide them along through active and enjoyable tuition lessons that encompass of active conversation, written activities and book discussions.
