I have almost close to 3 years of experience from teaching private tuition and 1.5 years of teaching church enrichment classes. I have a student who was p2 with totally no interest in mathematics but he improved from 38marks to 54 marks. I also had another student 6 months back where he was doing slightly above average and he improved to 87marks for his SA2.

I believe every single child has their own weakness and capability to absorb the knowledge that I have given them. Therefore, I would try to observe my student's expression and body gestures to determine whether the student understands what I have taught, and would be able to change my teaching strategies to the student absorption rates.
