I am a JC graduate awaiting to matriculate into NUS this year. I am intending to major in Psychology with a second major in Life Sciences. I have experience tutoring children the ages of 9-12 for half a year as part of a volunteering programme organised by my JC. I may not have the most experience in teaching however with my patience and calm attitude I believe I have what it takes to tutor young children whom might have shorter attention spans and children whom take longer to grasp concepts.

-I will analyse his/her weaknesses and devise a way to improve.
-For students with severe language issues, I have developed a method to communicate in simple English. This is the fastest way to build up his/her confidence without using 'big' words.
- After I conduct a needs analysis on my end, I will customise a programme to suit the students needs (after the first day).
