I have experience teaching kids from 6 all the way to 16. I prefer to mingle with the kids and get to know their interests, so as to find the best way to teach them. This is because not all kids are able to understand 1 method. I prefer to tweak my methods for them to understand fully. I belief that it is essential for students to understand instead of blindly memorising. Instead of the child attempting the questions with me, I prefer for them to do as much questions as they can before the session, and have the tuition session as a consult. As from consult, I will be able to identify their weaknesses and work on it.
