I have completed my bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Czech Republic, Europe. I am teaching in a tuition centre for IGCSE and IB classes. I also worked in Math Vision Tuition Center as a full-time tutor O Levels, IGCSE, EdXcel, MYP syllabuses. I also have experience tutoring English, Mathematics, and Science at Prince education,(Jurong West, Singapore) for primary and secondary students. Currently teaching sec 1 NA maths and sec 2 English at tuition center in CCK. Also taking classes at CDAC and 2 other tuition centers and have private students. In home tuition, my sec 1 NA math and Sec 2 English students from Choa Chu Kang sec school. Previously taught sec 2 exp math & science for student from commonwealth sec, improved from C6 to b4 and B4 to b3 respectively. I also taught a private student of grade 9 from Canadian International School during my working period at Prince Education. Apart from this, I have nearly 2 years of online tutoring experience for secondary students (sec1, sec3) in Mathematics, Chemistry, Tamil, and Higher Tamil.

In JC, I am part of youth group of Interact club which in charge of tutoring primary school children of lower economic background. I can understand and empathise student's difficulty in learning as I myself in the past is not smart, and it takes a lot of effort and few tweaks in how I study to cope in school. Hence, I am confident in guiding them and enable them to do well in Mathematics and Science through an intuitive and empathic approach.

I am very familiar with the syllabus and structure of the subject since I have personally sat for the A-level Examinations in recent years. I am able to provide my students with exam tips and notes based on my own experience and devise my lessons according to his/her weaknesses. I have previously tutored 2 JC2 students in 2019 and both saw an average improvement by 2-3 grades (E to B, D to B) for their prelims and obtained A for A-levels.

Currently teaching P5 Math (Bendemeer Primary) and S2 Math (St Hilda’s Secondary). S2 Math went from failing to A2. P5 Math is more recent. Before this, I have also taught IGCSE Chemistry as well to 3 students from Dulwich College during the summer vacation. I am mainly teaching local and international students, math and sciences. All the students I taught have felt comfortable around me, and this helped them to not feel shy about asking anything and everything. I believe in gentle teaching (like gentle parenting) so I work to create an atmosphere free of tension, where students may feel free to voice any concern whether academic or general advice. Because of this, I have a high retention rate of students.

During my high school days, I used to tutor the sciences and maths to the juniors who were in IGCSE and students below 8th grade. I am strong in biology and chemistry ( Currently, I'm majoring in biological sciences at NTU, Singapore as a Year 1 student ). I used to tutor those subjects mainly to my juniors. All their grades increased from a B/C to at least an A after my tutoring. I'm experienced in teaching primary-level subjects also. I attended Kumon maths and English (English completer and five years ahead in maths) and I used to teach elementary and primary children phonics and basic English writing and maths there.
