I have no teaching experience but I am willing to try my best. I believe that patience and persistence are crucial when it comes to teaching. When the students are facing difficulties in their studies, I will go through their mistakes with them slowly and teach them the correct method step-by-step. I will make sure that the students understand the concepts fully and I will not give up until they do so. In my opinion, understanding concepts are much more important than getting the correct answers. Once the students understand the concepts, they will be able to obtain the answers on their own with ease. This cultivates a sense of independence, which is important when the students pursue further studies in the future. 1) I’ll first ask the parents or students what their goals are and how I can accomodate to their needs 2) During the lessons, I’ll first recap on previous topics. Next, I’ll clarify if there’s any questions. 3) We will do some work and I’ll focus more on my student’s weaker topics so that they fully understand the concepts/topics before moving on to the next. 4) I’ll guide my students if they need any help - if they need my help outside of lessons, I’ll be happy to assist via WA! 5) Fun learning is key to keep them motivated so I’ll make sure that the lessons are also fun and engaging through educational videos and visuals :) 6) Prompt feedback will be given to parents to keep them in the loop and update on their child’s progress
