d) 4 Gems of Math Mastery (4GMM): I am the creator of this workshop. It is a 3-Day workshop to master the essential skills to learn Mathematics effectively and fast.

I have 15 years of teaching experience in Physics and Science Physics and was a Science HOD for 4 years in Montfort Secondary school which I left in 2013. I am tutoring fulltime with students from neighbourhood and top schools. Currently have IP students from RGS and Victoria Sec school. Currently, teaching 2 classes (Hwa Chong and SCGS) at a tuition centre, doing private one to one tuition for students mainly from top schools. I am very knowledgeable on subject content matters, assessment criteria as well as syllabus requirements and have helped publishers in the review of textbooks. In my years of teaching, I have been using creative teaching methods such as the use of memory techniques, visual teaching aids, simulations, ICT tools, mathematical/logical reasoning and 'innovative rules' in my teaching. I have designed many differentiated teaching notes and assignments aimed at helping students understand, appreciate and become competent in Physics. I have been described as an excellent teacher who cares deeply for the learning of students with a good track record in student results.
