I have been tutoring part time for 8 years, mainly focusing on English and Science. The students that I have taught for English have come from mainly international schools under IB program, as well as students sitting for AEIS examinations. Most of my students for English have improved to passing the AEIS and be assigned to local schools such as CHIJ St Nicholas and Tanjong Katong Girls; to name a few. As for more local context, I have a student who got a U grade for his PSLE prelims, and managed to get a B for PSLE for tutoring him. As such, I have been teaching him through secondary school and he managed to get into Victoria JC two years ago. i have always love teaching children and have great patience when it comes to teaching. my students mostly have got good achievements through me. One of my students who is in Sec 2 managed to achieve B3 for Biology after failing really badly for the past 2 years. i always try to promote a fun learning environment and promote the love of a subject to my students.

I taught a friend of mine last year during my A levels year. As he was home schooled, his mathematics wasn't of high expectations and within 2 months of tutoring, his grades improved from a low U grade (<30) to a D in his A levels.
Currently tutoring a IJC student for Chemistry and previously another student from TPJC. I also did peer tutoring for SAJC students.

I am currently in NS and will be admitting to NUS faculty of science.
