I have been a tutor for 20 years specialising in Mathematics, Additional Mathematices and Physics for secondary school students.

I believe that every student can excel in Maths and Physics with the right teaching approach. I have even successfully tutored a student who was not given the opportunity to study Additional Mathematics in his main-stream school and thereby had to take the subject as a private candidate. He scored distinction in Additional Math during his GCE 'O' Level examination and he had not taken a single A. Maths lesson in his Secondary School.

I am an 'A' Level Graduate from Pioneer Junior College and going to embark my studies at National University of Singapore, Faculty of Science (Applied Mathematics) in Aug 2013. Having a keen interest in Mathematics, I previously gave tuition for Additional Mathematics before NS and during JC.

I believe that everyone should not be deprived from education and thus this make me want to be a teacher when I graduate from university. Coming from a humble family, I understand that tuition cost is one of the primary concerns of many parents. Some tutors teach simply for the money. I believe I am a person with passion and heart for education as during school, I received many help from great teachers as I could not really afford tuition. (I only had Additional Mathematics tuition back when I was in Secondary School)

There is no reason for a student who wants to learn be deprived from gaining knowledge.
