I have experience giving volunteer tuition to family friends children in the past. Also, I have 4 months of experience in coaching debate to primary 5 students for the national primary schools debate tournament (Wits and Words) and one of my students was ranked 3rd overall best speaker of the tournament this year. I have experience coaching secondary school students for their national tournament with none of the students having any experience in debate. They won one out of three preliminary rounds but twice my team had a student who was named best speaker of the match.

I started to learn Piano from Professor Xu Yue Chu and Jin En Hui in Guangxi Arts College at the age of 7. From 1988, I participated in various competitions and performances which helped to improve my performance skill. In 1996, I passed the grade 10 Piano exam by Guangxi Arts College with excellent result. I came to Singapore in 1998. I joint the Chinese Orchestra of Ngee Ann Secondary School and performed solo and concerto piano in various public and school concerts. Upon graduation, I continue to perform in public concerts held by the Chinese Orchestra from other schools and associations. Moreover, I have more than 10 years one to one teaching experience in Piano lesson. I was a part-time Piano teacher in Cristofori music school. I provide training in Piano practical, theory, aural and sight-reading. I am able to teach in both English and Chinese. My students level range from beginner to Grade 8, as well as leisure learning for adults.
