I have been teaching my cousin for about 6 months for her recent PSLE.

I've taught JC Maths for 5 yrs. My students come from a variety of JC's mostly ACJC, AJC and Serangoon JC and RJC too
Most of they improved from E/S/U to A/B Grades. I have some students who were initially of A/B grades and also obtained A grades during A lvls.

I have also taught my friends during my A lvl period, her physics improved from U in prelims to A during A lvls.I would like to teach Maths and Physics to other students to encourage them to love the subjects as much as i do myself. It is quite simple, it just has to be taught correctly.

When i was younger i was really bad at physics and maths, however it changed when my mum hired a maths tutor for me. He was really very clear and his love for the subject really changed the way i felt towards maths. I have done that for my cousin and friends and hope i will be able to do that for all my future students!

A graduating A-Level student who's passionate about Biology and Chemistry! The top student of my Secondary school with 7 A1s - all through hard work, and smart work. I genuinely believe that quality of work matters, more than quantity, although both are needed to get that A at the exams. One needs time management, content and skills to do well. I am not only able to impart my knowledge of Biology and Chemistry - I don't wish to read the textbook to you - I aim to help students to understand concepts rather than just rote memory work, and understand the concept at a level where they are then able to apply to any question the exam will ask for, and give students the confidence that they are exam-ready. If you're willing to work hard with me, I'll work hard with you. Though I have no formal tutoring record, I was a peer tutor in my Secondary school as I had stellar grades. I helped my classmate to move from C5 to A1 in her O-Level Biology!

I offer O-Level Biology and Chemistry for both Sec 3&4. Combined Bio/Chem is welcome as well!

Lower sec science students are welcome too - It's always great to get a good foundation before moving up to the challenge of upper secondary science.

Preferred locations include Bishan, Marymount, Thomson, AMK, Toa Payoh, Newton, Novena, and anywhere along the Circle Line between one-north and Serangoon.

Able to start tutoring mid Dec 2013, and commit until late May 2014, please let me know your interest so that I can prepare to accommodate your learning needs and schedule. Ideal for getting a good head start for the year!
