I'm a full-time tutor specializing in teaching secondary school math. I have also worked in a tuition centre as a teacher assistant in the past. ▪I have 3 years experience in teaching secondary math and have already taught more than 15 students till date. ▪80% of my students have improved by at least 2 grades and 70% have gone on to get an A in their math after attending my lessons. I have had students who joined my tuition in sec 4 and they have gone on to get A1s and A2s in their A and E math at O levels with the lowest getting B3. Brief overview of my teaching style: I am very patient with kids and I truly care for the welfare and results of my students. Many of my students have fared very well in their examinations after attending my lessons. This is due to the detailed step-by-step explanation that I give whenever I go through a question to make sure that the student truly understands the solution. Instead of sticking strictly to a particular method, I usually teach my students different methods of solving questions so that they can choose a method that suits them the best. I also give them exam tips, common pitfalls and careless mistakes that students usually make whenever I go through a question so that they know what to look out for when attempting exam questions.
