Interacted with kids with mild special needs, e.g. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities. Conducted one to one and small group teaching with students focusing on EMS concept revision and learning skills on how to understand and tackle exam questions. Taught Dyslexia English Remediation, Phonics, and paired reading. 11 month attachment at Elias Park Primary and a 10 week teaching practicum at White Sands Primary. I am a fulltime Secondary school teacher with 6 years of experience. Passionate in delivering holistic education through effective teaching pedagogies, Character and Citizenship Education (CCE), and ICT expertise. I am currently teaching as flexi adjunct in Yuhua Secondary school. 6 years of full-time teaching and 3 years of FAJT. Previously teaching English and SS in school. Currently teaching SS only in school, but tutoring English as well outside. All 3 students of mine last year scored distinction for O-level. 2 of them had English tuition with me, scoring B4 previously. The last student went from failing SS to scoring a distinction in Combined Humanities.

Specialized in teaching Math for more than 30 years, teaching students from P1 all the way to PSLE. Also giving 1 to 1 private tuition & group tuition from late afternoon on weekdays beside teaching in the school in the morning. My students are all over Singapore, from both neighbourhood schools & branded schools. Results is depend on how much effort the pupils are willing to put in. If u are asking psle result, it ranges from failed to almost needed to repeat psle just cos the child scores an Al 8 for Math to manage to pull through to be promoted to sec in 1 attempt all the way to Al 1 if u are talking about the new psle scoring system.
