Ms Wang is patient and understanding towards her students. When any of ours answers to her verbal questions were wrong, she did not correct our answers with a strict tone, but instead commended us for our courage before rectifying our answers patiently. She made sure we understood one concept before moving on to the following concepts. Ms Wang is also friendly which make her lessons more fun since you could treat her like a friend, instead of a teacher. Most importantly, Ms Wang has an ability which I have not seen in many teachers throughout my education journey. She has the ability to inspire her students, which makes us more motivated. This made us put in more effort for our studies for that subject. For example, I would do multiple math papers in a week for her lessons. Whereas for other lessons, I would put in the minimal or even no effort since I didn't feel motivated for those subjects. Overall, Ms Wang is a wonderful teacher!!! After all, after I started tuition, my grades improved from E in J1 to A at A levels.

Ms Wang is a very passionate teacher that really goes out of her way to help you understand math. Always trying her best to answer your questions, even in the dead of the night, constantly surprising you with new worksheets that are usually constructed to tackle your weaker points, Ms Wang really does try her hardest to help us with math. She makes an effort to describe concepts in a relatable way for ease of understanding and always recaps previous lessons, just to ensure that we have truly retained the knowledge. I really like attending her lessons and her generally easy going personality also makes her easier to approach which makes lessons more enjoyable! My grade improved from S to A!

I started H2 Math tuition with Ms Wang in late 2020, with only a few months left before A Levels. My math standard at that point was below average despite efforts to improve on my own. Ms Wang’s effective methods to solving questions and personalised resources helped me to strengthen my weaker concepts and study smarter. Her friendly personality also encouraged me to clarify any doubts I had and gain confidence in my abilities. Ms Wang is an understanding tutor who goes above and beyond to ensure that I fully grasped the concepts tested and got adequate practice. Ms Wang is the best teacher I could have had to aid me in tackling H2 Math. What really sets her apart from other teachers is the effort that she puts into teaching.
By creating her own notes and worksheets, she has cultivated a database of materials that are far clearer and more thorough than my school’s. She took the time to make sure I understood the material and that my learning was not superficial- which came in handy when I encountered new questions. And to personalise my learning to suit my needs, she even customised special worksheets and notes when I needed them. It’s because of her efforts that I was able to raise my D in math up to an A!

Hi! I'm Christa and I just graduated JC. I joined Ms Wang's tuition at the end of 2021, after suffering from abysmal grades in H2 Math Promos. :( I attended tuition with a friend, Jamie, who was already taking lessons and recommended Ms Wang's tuition. At first I was a bit scared because I was so clueless about Math, but Ms Wang was so understanding and patient, so I didn't feel bad at all! Ms Wang always tailors the lessons to the student, using examples Jamie and I found entertaining, even drawing them out to help us understand. Before every lesson, she asked us how we were doing and how was our day, which made lessons feel more fun. Ms Wang creates her own worksheets and knows the syllabus really well, so she teaches in a way that's very easy to understand. Plus she makes sure you know what are your weaknesses and strengths in the subject, so you can better focus your efforts. Needless to say, I went from an S to an A, and by the time prelims rolled around, Math was the subject I was least worried about. It took a lot of practice guided by Ms Wang and her worksheets, but at the same time, learning was so fun! I'm not exaggerating when I say I looked forward to all her lessons :) Ms Wang's bubbly and cheerful personality is infectious and her passion for Math is sure to make you feel like it isn't the chore you thought it was. Ms Wang has helped me improve tremendously within a year of lessons, allowing me to score distinction for H2 Mathematics at A Levels. Although the subject was tough and difficult to grasp before I started lessons with her, Ms Wang has a thorough understanding of the topics and is able to explain the complex concepts in a simple and clear manner, allowing me to easily fill the gaps in my understanding. She is extremely detailed and tailors her lessons to her students’ needs and weaknesses, which has made my experience as her student very pleasant. She gives regular feedback and assessment to ensure that I master each topic perfectly before moving on to the next. She also pays attention to my learning habits and stress coping strategies in order for me to progress well and achieve my desired results without it being at the expense of my mental health.
In addition, she is very bubbly and interactive, so it still feels personal even though our lessons are online! Her passion for teaching and her care for students are evident no matter what time it is during the day. Furthermore, her online lessons make it very convenient to have my lessons anywhere and at any time. There were multiple times where I had my online lessons with her in school in between my commitments.

Ms Wang is my favourite math tutor, always being there for her students and patient with her students. Despite the tough and hectic life, she sets time for all her students, ensuring that they have enough practice and guidance to ace in H2 mathematics. Initially, I thought online lessons might not be useful since it’s difficult to communicate to each other. However, Ms Wang proved me wrong as she uses one note app to communicate with her students as we are able to write on the iPad at the same time and solve math questions together. It in fact feels like 1 to 1 in real life tuition. Ms wang gives enough practice by giving level1,2,3 worksheets to boost our confidence and knowledge, thus being able to solve from the easiest to the hardest kind of questions. In J1, I was struggling with mathematics scoring around a grade Of S,E every exam. After attending tuition classes with Ms Wang, my grades tremendously improved to a B in prelims, and eventually an A in the a level exams! Thank you very much Ms wang! With ur guidance and effort, I aced my math exam during the A levels! a subject that seemed difficult and daunting at the start, eventually, it became a subject I was interested to learn and do since it became much easier at the end! Ms Peggy is a very hardworking and motivating teacher. She does beyond just preparing me for the A level examinations, by teaching us how mathematics is applicable to our daily lives. She comes up with a clear plan for every lesson, making sure that we are progressive in our studies. She sets high goals for me which pushed my self confidence. She makes sure to clear all my doubts before moving on to a new topic. Moreover, she sets mini time practices to do during lesson which helps with time management during exams. I was determined to get an A rather than just a pass. To jump from a S grade for prelims to a B in A levels was something I never expected.
