Started part-time tutoring since my undergrad days. Subsequently committed to full time tutoring, teaching out of a spare room in my new flat at Toh Guan estate. Many of the students I taught stayed with me for years. Some of them moved along with me when I started my tuition centre at Jurong East Central in 2005.
