O level - Chemistry

I previously taught in Dunman High School before I left the service. I am well-versed with the 'O' level Chemistry syllabus. I have attended the marking course conducted by SEAB jointly with UCLES and more than 15yrs teaching experience on Sec Pure Chem. Last year, my 2 tuition students who studied in Tanjong Katong Girls' School and Ngee Ann Sec schools scored A2 in their O level exams. Both of them improved from B4 to A2. In 2017, two individual students, one from Nan Chiau High, the other from Temasek Sec scored A2 in O level exams. Both of them made a remarkable improvement from C5 or C6. I will make use of the Yearly O level Exams Reports to highlight the mistakes made by their seniors and identify the common misconceptions students have and address them accordingly. I have a lot of content based resources, trained in SPA (School based Practical Assessment) and attended the course on setting and marking of O level theory exam papers, thus very familiar with syllabus.
