I am currently part timing in a music school at Orchard as a Violin/Piano teacher.

Grade 8 for all violin, viola , piano and music theory. Plus distinction in music teaching diploma. 6 years teaching experience

Within the 5 years of teaching music, I have taught children as young as 3 years old and have no problem teaching adults too. Building rapport with a child is extremely important when the child is learning a musical instrument. With a fun loving personality and patience I am able to engage the student and strike a good balance between learning a musical instrument and enjoying the process at the same time.

I am passionate about teaching and am good with kids. Both my partner and i are full-time tutors.

I have 2 yrs of experience in teaching nursery/kindergarten/primary level for: phonics, eng, math, up to lower primary chinese and science.

I am currently doing full-time home tuition as a career at both student's home and tutor's home, sometimes relieving in tuition centers during the weekend as well.

I will teach according to textbook syllabus and i do have some sets of past year exam/ question paper for different level, own sets of questions and would sometimes use assessment books as well.

I will find the best method to teach each student, accordingly to their needs and progress for each sub.

Each lesson is normally 1.5 - 2 hour. rates are normally charged depending on level, subject and location.

I will also record down on individual child's progression of each subject.

I completed my A Levels in 2013 and am waiting to enter Law School.

I have been tutoring students on a part time basis for close to a year now.

My areas of expertise lies in teaching English, Maths and Science to Pre-school (K1 &K2) as well a Primary school students where i have often been described as a good tutor in developing the foundation of students in these subjects.
