Starting from January 2014, the Do Not Call (DNC) provisions under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) generally prohibits organisations from sending certain marketing messages (in the form of voice calls, text or fax messages) to Singapore telephone numbers, including mobile, fixed-line, residential and business numbers, registered with the DNC Registry.
Please be assured that Tutor City considers the privacy of your personal information a subject of utmost importance. Personal information includes but is not limited to your name, telephone number, handphone number, email address, home address as well as any information you have provided to Tutor City.
By providing your personal information to us, you therefore give consent to receiving phone calls, SMSes or emails from our coordinators in the tuition-matching process. Tutor City knows you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
